Jet Airways Konnect, the low-cost subsidiary of Jet Airways, will roll out a premium cabin on several domestic routes from April 26, 2010.
Dubbed “Konnect Select”, it targets travellers who seek flexibility, comfort and more benefits.
Prominent features on the Boeing B737 aircraft used include seats with a 40-inch seat pitch (like Jet Airways’ Business Class) in a front cabin set apart from Economy Class, free inflight reading material, welcome drink and hot meals.
Passengers in this section will enjoy guest lounge access, priority check in, priority baggage tagging and baggage allowance.
They will also experience Jet Privilege benefits such as a mileage accrual structure that dovetails with existing domestic accrual levels for various booking classes and redemption requirements similar to the current for jet Airways Business Class.
