Hotels have butlers. At Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts’ Pan Pacific Serviced Suites in Bangkok, they’re called “Personal Assistants” (PAs).
The eight-storey, 148-unit property, scheduled to open in October 2009, is the second serviced residence product for the group after Singapore.
PAs will be working round the clock to help guests settle in, providing information about local connections and access to business events and networking opportunitie and facilitating support services such as housekeeping, telecommunication, health and emergency contacts and orientation tours of the neighbourhood with regards to banks, convenience stores, transport, dining and entertainment.
Located in the trendy Thonglor area, the property is part of Eight Thonglor, a mixed-use development by Pacific Start Group that includes a 34-storey apartment tower, shopping mall spread over three levels with a gourmet supermarket. The inventory consists of 27 Executive Suites, 74 One-Bedroom Suites and 47 Two-Bedroom Suites and facilities include a fitness centre, swimming pool and the Living Room and Pacific Lounge for quiet time.
