Travellers flying between Singapore and Hongkong will have more airline choices around next year's Chinese New Year holiday.

Tiger Airways will introduce twice daily flights on its new Singapore-Hongkong route starting February 1, 2010.

Flights from Singapore are scheduled to depart at 0755 and 1635, while the corresponding return flights from Hongkong are set for 1225 and 2050.

To mark the launch of the new route, the budget carrier has a special promotion for 18,000 seats priced at one-way fares starting from S$129 (US$93.10) from Singapore and HK$445 (US$57) from Hongkong.

Bookings must be made by November 18. The tickets are valid for travel between February 1, 2010 and October 30, 2010.
